Depends on what type of pve build you want If you want a build that just shreds every mob in 2 seconds flat, here’s what you need 6 songchant (30%+ mantra pen) pve talents Overflowing dam, perfect flash, heretics sutra (+ lose your mind & piercing will), carnivore, breathing exercise and conquer your fears important pve talents

Talents over raw stats, 80 element is usually what you stop at for simple mono attunement builds (just for the max level mantras if you want to get some of the advanced cards again shrine of order) For high investment talents use shrine of order.
