Success rate, ease of use, customer service etc. The kaplan wasn't a big deal because they didn't focus a lot on that score Plus, my gpa was a 3.9 when i applied For the second program (the one i'm about to begin) it was a 3.82 neither are anything to stress about, but definitely get a book and review it!
