Is there any way that i can switch back to hotmail from this new outlook.com service? Reopened outlook and noticed i still have the same problem Outlook.com stores your email, calendar items, contacts, and sticky notes in your mailbox.

Outlook email random letters & numbers i put office 365 on my mother's computer under my 365 home license
She's using outlook.com as her email and outlook as her email client on her computer
Outlook wasn't syncing her email i think due to microsoft switching to exchange and deleting the account and starting over was supposed to be the fix. I'm using the outlook focused inbox feature and currently i don't have an email workflow in which i archive emails i no longer need I would like to switch to that, but i need to start from a blank. Has anybody set up msoffice outlook 2021 or 365 with outlook.com email since the 16th september modern authentication change [which took effect, for me, on 25th september]?
Do we know if the outlook 2010 client actually supports adding a migrated hotmail/outlook.com account from scratch? Support explains that, without access to windows, decryption works for any email address except outlook/hotmail ones For these the link will not appear (as they assume you use the windows desktop application) Note that the outlook web email or android app do not support decryption either
