The reason the yahoo games shutdown is significant is because it was a service that made yahoo seem like a cool place to play games and chat with friends. Yahoo is an absolute shitshow apparently my account is blocked because of too many attempts (repeatedly over the past month), which unless a bot/hacker somewhere is trying to access my account, is untrue. Support, which was a joke, because after several weeks it became clear that they were only interested in pointing fingers at other things that might be causing it, instead of acknowledging the clear design flaw in yahoo
