If you installed while they were incorrect/out of sync it will not resolve the issue until you reinstall
Hey caiocco , if your disconnections consist, please try creating a special exception rule for anydesk, in used anti virus programs

I've been using any desk for a number of years to monitor a handful of headless servers and some family laptops for it issues I use a windows 10 machine as my personal rig, and have shortcuts to all the individual devices in a folder on my desktop.
In the last few years i've used free anydesk, teamviewer, and chrome remote desktop Gave up teamviewer, because it regularly throws you out for the slightest infraction (and they don't even tell you what it is!) i like the user interface on anydesk, but connection is not reliable enough Quite often, it simply refuses to connect Crd seems to always work, though it is a simpler setup
Anydesk has some of the worst customer service i've ever experienced, which saddens me because i was really wanting to use this as a teamviewer alternative so at first i just made this post for my problem
The captured screenshots are silently saved on your (not remote) pc I wish the app showed a kind of popup notification when a screenshot was being captured. I can use my credentials to login to the anydesk desktop app just fine But i cannot figure out how to login to the ios app, to show the app that i am a licensed user.
Just have the same issue, and found out that the ctrl+alt + del was disable in anydesk>settings>security>permission profile After check the box, disconnect and reconnect and now this option is enabled Is there anyway to have remote usb passthrough working with anydesk
