I read that one way to extract it is to download unreal engine and after you install that, it comes with a pak extractor tool that you can use to extract pak files.
Pak is a pretty general file extension that different engines use for chunks of data with rather different structures

The deal with animal pak and all of these other bro multivitamins is that you end up peeing out the majority of what you are taking They usually use the cheapest ingredients to fulfill the vitamin requirements
