Applying to these cloned jobs does absolutely nothing
Indeed can't rely on new jobs to bring users to their platform since they'd be dead overnight with so few new jobs on it
I'm not sure if they were doing it last year or not since the response rate was wild. Almost every job i’ve gotten has been through indeed actually, i’ve also used facebook jobs and applying on company websites or asking in person. I have had to employers reach out asking if i am still interested but indeed won't load the message page everything else on indeed will load but the… A lot of times, employers are not aware that by closing out their listing on the indeed platform without taking any further actions through the platform that every applicant gets the not selected by employer message
Note that in addition to being able to see resumes/cover letter/applicant info through the indeed platform that the same info is emailed to the employer as well Has anyone ever successfully applied, interviewed and accepted a position on indeed I saw a job posting for a position that is something i’m super interested in but i’m slightly under qualified The worst part is that the job application is through indeed and there’s no due date or hr contact to reach out to with questions

When indeed detects that a new applicant doesn’t meet your deal breaker criteria, their submitted application is automatically filed under the rejected tab in your dashboard We will not send them a rejection email on your behalf unless you opt into indeed employer assist Instead, they’ll just be filtered out for you. Indeed is getting exhausting and without hearing much of anything back Just curious if there is a better avenue to search for jobs. There's one job i'm looking at with about 4 listing on indeed I was originally going to apply on indeed then noticed one of the other listings had an option to directly apply on the company's website
However, it's a little strange because the requirements on the company website are different (apparently they require french.?) and it also seems very antiquated
