My phone is due for upgrade in 2 weeks i fancy galaxy s5 why can carphone warehouse offer unlimited minutes unlimited text and 1gb data for 28 a month when trying to upgrade direct with o2 its 33 a month for 500 minutes unlimited text and 500mb data.
I've been in touch with carphone warehouse with regards to upgrading, but they're telling me that their systems are saying that my details don't match with I've been through my o2 account and given identical details to cw I received my last bill of this contract yesterday, and the contract ends. Carphone warehouse were one of there service providers, but stopped signing up new customers a few years ago
So if you go there now, you will be signed up directly with o2 The only difference would be that carphone warehouse would be responsible for supporting the handset. You really should call carphone warehouse and confirm what you've done You would still have a cooling off period to cancel whatever you agreed to if you're unsure.
