Ahri’s certification programs are voluntary and open to all foreign and domestic original equipment manufacturers (oems) and private brand marketers (pbms) that produce products, which fall within the scope of one or more of the certification programs. The ahri product performance certification program is a voluntary program, administered and governed by ahri, which ensures that various types of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and water heating products perform according to manufacturers’ published claims.
