I just tried a heated vest and along. Normally my bottom end temperature for riding is 50 (f) and i'm wearing 3 layers of shirts/fleece/sweater under my firstgear kilimanjaro jacket. This leaves keis and gerbing I think gerbing uk is a different brand from gerbing usa, with different products my main question is The gloves of both brands can be controlled pushing a button on the glove, but which temperature controller for the jacket is best and easier to operate while riding, ideally without stopping? One heated jacket running close to max, one jacket (both jackets were the older, 90w types) and gloves set at about 40% and the dl1k couldn't keep the battery charged while putting around town looking for that gas station.
