When you login to yahoo it automatically directs you to yahoo.com.au Now under accounts in yahoo she has 2 email addresses a username@yahoo.com and a username@yahoo.com.au email address. But if you initially signed up 'johnny' with yahoo.com.au, then the account will always be a yahoo.com.au one, even if you register (at a later stage) with yahoo.com.
