There used to be a link to email at the top of the spectrum.net home page
That link was recently removed. If you visit us at spectrum.net it will provide you with the steps to access your email This discussion has been closed. My spectrum email was syncing with my outlook account up to a few weeks ago
Now that the new outlook has installed on my computer, it is unable to connect with the spectrum email provider and says i may need an app password. How can i access my charter.net email account I still use it on my phone and would like to still be able to access it on my computer. The transition we are doing is how you access your email inbox Customers that had twc/brighthouse email accounts previously used a separate webmail site to access the email service Now you can access the email directly from the online account by clicking the check email.
