That's difficult because reddit disassociates all posts/comments once a user deletes their account.the comments will still exist but you won't be able to see the username who made them, it will just say something like [deleted], so in turn their old u/username profile won't have anything there due to them being disassociated I would assume (so don't quote me on this) that old snapshots that.
