Hey everyone, i've been dabbling in graphic design lately, and one thing that always seems to trip me up is removing backgrounds from images I want to remove the black ground from the gif, and have just the white rain falling, but i'm not sure how to do it, or if it can even be done There are tools for removing backgrounds
pockets4bees_Ash
They work very well, but can be a bit expensive for many people
I am the creator of photopea photo editor and i wanted to make a free alternative to these tools
I came up with magic cut A screenshot of the user interface and another one a tutorial on magic cut I removed green screen background using davinci resolve for free Dunno if u can remove any background.
They allow you to remove the background without actually altering the original photo Hey r/videoediting, i made backgroundremover.app, which is an opensource app, that uses machine learning, to remove background from videos. There are too many saass services out there like www.remove.bg that essentially just steal a github background remover project and slap a premium price on it I'm glad there are people like you still out there.
Are you on mac or pc
For mac, you can either use mac’s built in background removal (right click file, services —> remove bg) Or you can use raycast + remove.bg plugin allowing you to select the image, press a hotkey and the new file is created in place Unfortunately i don’t have an efficient solution on pc since i do most of my design work on mac. Is it possible to remove a background from a gif
