Gotomypc host login problems hi, lately when using gotomypc i can get as far as the host pc lock screen but i am unable to open the login page
Screen freezes far a bit then reboots with the mouse controls rules and the lock screen

Gotomypc update leaves us unable to connect since sometime late last week, multiple users at my organization have reported their machines either showing up as offline in the gotomypc connect window or as visibly online but refusing to allow an actual connection. Gotomypc having some kind of outage i've had users pinging me for the past fifteen minutes saying they can't get into gotomypc Three users got black screens when trying to connect to gotomypc last week three of my users got stuck in a situation where they were disconnected from gotomypc and upon tryin to reconnect, either got 'a connection could not be established to your host computer' or else were taken to a black screen after inputting their access codes. One of my devices will not login
I enter the username and password and after pressing enter the log in page reloads with the password box blank instead of taking me to the connect to host pc page
Only happens with one device and of course it's the main device needed to connect to the host pc
